The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Any reference to "these Terms" or "this Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision. References to specific payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are to their respective services as operated by those third parties and are subject to their own terms and conditions in addition to those of 2666bat.

Access to and use of the 2666bat platform is conditional upon the Player meeting all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 2666bat does not offer services to any individual under the age of 18, regardless of the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other person or entity.
• You do not hold an existing 2666bat account that is active, suspended, or closed. Opening a second account is prohibited under all circumstances.
• You have not been previously excluded from the platform via a self-exclusion request or a platform-imposed ban that remains in force.
• The use of online gambling services is not prohibited under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of play. Responsibility for determining legality rests entirely with the Player.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as a sports scout, official, referee, player, or coach in any sport on which betting markets are offered by 2666bat, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest or breach of applicable sporting regulations.

2666bat reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any point during a Player's use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 2666bat will result in the suspension of the account pending receipt of such documents.

To access the full range of services offered by 2666bat, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals, you must create a personal account. The following rules govern the registration and ongoing management of your account.

Registration Requirements: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

One Account Rule: Each player may hold only one registered account with 2666bat at any time. If you have forgotten your login credentials for an existing account, you must use the account recovery options available on the login page rather than creating a new account. Holding duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

Account Security: You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, write them in an easily accessible location, or use a password that is trivially guessable. 2666bat strongly recommends using a unique password that is not used for any other online service. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 2666bat support immediately via live chat.

Device and Session Security: You are responsible for ensuring that you log out of your 2666bat account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. 2666bat accepts no liability for losses arising from a failure to log out or from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain appropriate security.

Account Updates: You must keep your registered contact details — particularly your email address and mobile number — up to date at all times. Important account notifications, including KYC requests, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts, are sent to your registered contact details. 2666bat is not responsible for communications that fail to reach you due to outdated contact information.

2666bat supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform.

Accepted Payment Methods: 2666bat currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 2666bat's discretion. Players are advised to check the current list of accepted methods in their account settings.

Currency: All transactions on 2666bat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to a conversion, and the applicable rate at the time of the transaction will apply. 2666bat does not charge currency conversion fees directly, but your payment provider may do so independently.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on 2666bat is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be returned to the originating payment method, subject to the policies of the relevant payment provider.

Deposit Processing: Deposits via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your 2666bat account balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfers may take between 1 and 24 hours to process, depending on the issuing bank.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified players are processed by 2666bat within 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods during normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to review by our fraud and compliance team, and 2666bat reserves the right to delay processing where additional verification is required. Same-Method Requirement: For fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals must generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible due to technical limitations, alternative withdrawal methods may be arranged via the support team, subject to additional verification.

2666bat offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion details.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion description. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is met.

Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%) or may not contribute at all toward bonus wagering requirements. The specific contribution rates for each game category are stated in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not met before the expiry date, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited without exception. The expiry period for each promotion is stated in its specific terms.

One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Depositing and triggering a new welcome or reload bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.

Bonus Abuse: 2666bat maintains a strict policy against bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, placing low-risk bets across opposing outcomes to meet wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gaming. Where bonus abuse is detected, 2666bat reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings, suspend the relevant account(s), and permanently exclude the Player from future promotional offers.

Right to Withdraw Promotions: 2666bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into an active promotion at the time of withdrawal will have their existing bonus honoured under the terms in place at the time of opt-in, subject to standard anti-abuse provisions.

The following rules govern all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted on the 2666bat platform.

Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 2666bat. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation message within the platform. 2666bat reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason.

Betting Markets: Sports betting markets are offered on a range of events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Market availability, odds, and bet types may vary by event. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation.

In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting is available on selected events. In-play odds fluctuate rapidly in response to match developments. Once a bet is placed and confirmed in-play, it is final and cannot be voided on the basis of subsequent odds movement. 2666bat reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice.

Void Bets: 2666bat may void a bet in circumstances including, but not limited to: the relevant event being cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the market being settled in error; or the bet being placed in error due to a technical fault resulting in incorrect odds being displayed. Voided bets are refunded to the Player's account balance in full.

Casino Game Fairness: All casino games available on 2666bat are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. These studios use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and random outcomes on every game. 2666bat does not alter or interfere with game logic or RNG outputs.

Maximum Win Limits: Individual games and bet types may carry maximum win limits per round, per day, or per event. These limits are displayed in the game rules and cashier section. Winnings in excess of applicable maximum win limits will not be paid out, and the excess amount will be forfeited.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, all affected bets may be voided at 2666bat's discretion. 2666bat accepts no liability for losses or missed winnings resulting from technical interruptions, connectivity failures, or software errors on the part of third-party game providers.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 2666bat platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or otherwise obtaining access to the platform or funds through deceptive means.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering proceeds of crime. 2666bat has a legal obligation to report suspected money laundering activity to the relevant authorities and cooperates fully with law enforcement requests.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate platform features. All activity on 2666bat must be conducted manually by a human player.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback with your bank or payment provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and used for gaming on 2666bat. Chargeback abuse is treated as fraud and will result in permanent account closure and potential legal action.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities in games or betting markets for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of known errors will be voided.
• Underage Access: Knowingly assisting or facilitating a person under the age of 18 in accessing or using the 2666bat platform, including sharing login credentials or making deposits on behalf of a minor.
• VPN and Proxy Use: Using virtual private networks, proxy servers, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic access restrictions or to obscure your true location from the platform's fraud detection systems.

2666bat employs sophisticated monitoring systems that operate continuously to detect patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Players who are found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct forfeit any rights to balances held in their accounts at the time of detection, including real-money deposits, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals.

Voluntary Closure: Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting 2666bat customer support via live chat. Before the account is closed, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period through the Responsible Gaming section of their account or via live chat. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within a few hours of receipt. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening a new account is a serious breach of these Terms.

Platform-Initiated Suspension: 2666bat reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation where there is reasonable cause to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring. During a suspension, the player may not access their account, place bets, or process withdrawals. 2666bat will aim to resolve investigations and communicate outcomes within a reasonable timeframe.

Platform-Initiated Permanent Closure: 2666bat reserves the right to permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The Player has engaged in any form of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 7.
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• The Player holds or has held duplicate accounts in violation of the One Account Rule.
• The Player has threatened, harassed, or abused 2666bat staff or other players.
• Continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk or liability to 2666bat or its payment partners.

Effect of Closure on Funds: Upon voluntary closure in good standing, available real-money balances will be returned to the Player. Upon closure due to breach of these Terms, 2666bat reserves the right to retain all funds in the account, including deposits, as a remedy for the breach. Any such decision is subject to the dispute resolution process described below.

Dispute Resolution: If you believe that 2666bat has made an error in the closure or suspension of your account or in the handling of your funds, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat to raise the matter. 2666bat will review your case and respond within a reasonable period. We are committed to resolving all genuine disputes fairly and transparently.
